Terms of Sales

 

Unless noted differently on the Real Estate Auction Schedule,  all deposits are FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS($5,000.00). All deposits paid by the purchaser(s) at the time and place of each sale are to be paid by certified or bank check(s).  All balances due are to be paid within thirty(30) days of the sale.  Other terms,  if any,  to be announced at each sale.
